On the main level, the great room offers spacious seating with a steel-clad gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows, a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances including a gas range, and a dining area. Additional features include three guest suites, each with an attached lavish bathroom (two with king-size beds and one with a queen-over-queen bunk bed), a fourth room with a queen bed and access to a hallway bathroom. Additional amenities a laundry room, air conditioning, electric blinds, designer lighting, a one-car garage, and an additional outdoor parking space. The primary suite, featuring a king-size bed and a luxurious attached bathroom, is located on the lower level near the river, which also includes a full guest bathroom. Guests will enjoy exquisite mountain views Riverfront Village. This unit requires a $45 daily guest fee for use of The Westin Riverfront’s world-class amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness facilities, fire pit and ski valet. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek and Vail Mountain is also available; this residence is walkable to all the amenities and restaurants within the Town of Avon. Guests enjoy an exclusive hot tub for Riverfront Lodge and Townhome guests in additional to Westin Amenities and access to One Riverfront pools and hot tubs. Guests are required to be over 25 years of age to rent.

Deposit, Final Payment, Cancellation

Standard Rate – Non-Holiday Dates
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due 35 days prior to arrival. If cancelled before the final payment deadline, payments are refundable less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total reservation value. Beginning 35 days prior to arrival, the entire reservation is non-refundable.

Standard Rate – Holiday (December 20 – January 1)
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. If cancelled before the final payment deadline, payments are refundable less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total reservation value. Beginning 90 days prior to arrival, the entire reservation is non-refundable.

Flexible Rate – All Dates
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due according to the Standard Rate schedule above. The first $50,000 of the reservation is fully refundable until 7 days prior to arrival, including the Flexible Rate premium. Any portion of the reservation above $50,000 is subject to the Standard Rate cancellation terms. Beginning 7 days prior to arrival, the entire reservation is non-refundable.

48-Hour Grace Period
A 48-hour grace period applies to all reservations booked at least 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 7 days of arrival are immediately non-refundable.
