This brand new, mountain-chic, multi-level, Platinum residence is a short walk from The Westin Riverfront Express Gondola and offers a great room with a stone-clad gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows, a chef’s kitchen with premium appliances, including a gas range, as well as a dining area for eight. Additional features include three guest suites, each with an attached, lavish bathroom (all three have a king size bed), a den with a queen size murphy bed, washer/dryer, air conditioning, plus a one-car garage and outdoor parking space.

Guests will enjoy exquisite mountain views Riverfront Village. This unit requires a $45 daily guest fee for use of The Westin Riverfront’s world-class amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness facilities, fire pit and ski valet. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek and Vail Mountain is also available; this residence is walkable to all the amenities and restaurants within the Town of Avon. Guests enjoy an exclusive hot tub for Riverfront Lodge and Townhome guests in additional to Westin Amenities and access to One Riverfront pools and hot tubs. Guests are required to be over 25 years of age to rent.

A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 48 hours prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

Winter (November 20 - April 15)*

A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

*Holiday (December 20 - January 1)

A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
